My body and brain have limits I don't appreciate. I had a great day today. Absolutely amazing, spend the whole thing at a weaving workshop and had so much fun. There was no heavy lifting or hard labour involved, it was quiet, with a lovely and small group of beautiful folk who are as quiet as I am...

And yet, tonight I am wrecked. Sad, frustrated at my lack of ability to push through and make dinner and be a functional adult for my child, my joints ache, my head hurts and I don't want to talk to anyone.

Yay... Just fucking yay.

It's not fair and right now I rent it immensely. 
 

 I don't quite know how I do this, but it seems to have become a habit to pick up the things I need as I need them. 

I'm reading Witch. I have huge respect for Ly, she's local to me and we've chatted on and off. I'm in a very painful, dark, place in my life right now and it's a struggle, and as I read I'm reading my brain is making little connections. It's helping. 

A while back, on Sarah Anne Lawless' twitter feed a conversation came up about the core tenants of witchcraft moving forward and what these people decided rang true to me - Animism, Research, Gnosis and Praxis. 

There's nothing really to see here for the time being, it's just rapid fire thoughts pulling togethering information while i try to integrate it into the larger being of my witchcraft.
